Employee Initial Training
Welcome to Bridgeway Home Healthcare Training
At Bridgeway Home Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care while fully complying with Minnesota’s 245D licensing requirements. To meet these standards, all staff must complete essential training to ensure they can support the individuals we serve with safety, dignity, and professionalism.

Below, you’ll find a series of required online training modules. Please review each module and its accompanying materials carefully. Once all content has been reviewed, proceed to the submission form to confirm your completion.
Online Learning Modules/Lessons
Initial Training – Required for All New Staff
All newly hired Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are required to complete 6 hours of initial training within their first year of employment. However, to provide a comprehensive foundation, Bridgeway recommends completing the full 8.05 hours of DHS and CDS training modules listed below.

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Training
This training will prepare you to take the exam. If your certificate was issued before April 15, 2020, you'll need to obtain a new one before providing CFSS services.
