Employee Initial Training
Welcome to Bridgeway Home Healthcare Training
Bridgeway Home Healthcare is committed to providing safe, high-quality, and person-centered services in full compliance with Minnesota 245D licensing requirements. All staff are required to complete designated training to ensure they are prepared to support individuals with professionalism, safety, and respect.
Below you will find the required training modules. Please follow the instructions for each section, review all materials in full, and complete any associated activities. Once all training is completed, submit your confirmation through the designated submission form for documentation and verification.
Online Learning Modules/Lessons
Initial Training – Required for All New Staff
All newly hired Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are required to complete the DHS and CDS required training modules as part of their onboarding with Bridgeway Home Healthcare. This training must be completed within 14 days of your hire date and before providing any unsupervised services or visits.
To complete the training, follow the instructions provided for each module listed below. Each module will outline how to access the material, complete the required learning activities, and submit your certificate or proof of completion when required.
It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure all required trainings are fully completed and properly documented.
Positive Supports Training

Scroll down to the Learning Centers section.

Select Disability Services.

Click Sign On in the upper-right corner of the page.

Log in using the Unique ID that was emailed to you.

From the main menu, select Course Catalog.

In the search bar, enter PSR100.

Enroll in the course and complete all required training modules

Once you have completed the training, capture or download your transcript (or certificate of completion) and upload it using the submission form below.

Person Centered Training

Click Sign On in the upper-right corner of the page.

Log in using the Unique ID that was emailed to you.

From the main menu, select Course Catalog.

In the search bar, enter PCP001.

Enroll in the course and complete all required training modules

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Training
Click the image to begin CFSS training. This training is required to prepare you for the CFSS certification exam. Please complete all required modules before attempting the exam.
Maltreatment of Adult Mandated Report
Click the image above to access the training. Once the page opens, select the blue box on the left to begin the Maltreatment training.
After completing the training, download or save your certificate and submit it using the submission form below.
Basic First Aide Training
Click the video above to access the Basic First Aid training. Watch the full training module to complete the requirement.
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Test
Click the image to take the test. If your certificate was issued before April 15, 2020, you must obtain a new certification before providing CFSS services.
Maltreatment of Minor Mandated Report
Click the image above to access the training. Once the page opens, select the orange box on the left to begin the Maltreatment training.
After completing the training, download or save your certificate and submit it using the submission form below.
Data Privacy
