245D Basic Waivered Services
Bridgeway Home Healthcare provides services through Medical Assistance and Waiver Programs as well as private pay.

Adult Companion
A person is eligible to receive respite if the primary caregiver is absent or needs relief from his/her caregiver duties.

Homemaker Services
Services that help a person manage general cleaning and household activities.

Independent Living Skills
This service covers:

Art therapy

Music therapy

Recreational therapy
A person may receive ILS therapies in their home or in the community.

Individual Community Living Supports
ICLS services offer assistance and support for people who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to remain in their own home.

Individualized Home Support
Individualized home supports community living services in:
- Community participation
-Health, safety and wellness
-Household management
-Adaptive skills

Personal Support
Care for people who are ill, elderly or need help with daily tasks. You make sure your clients are comfortable and safe.

Respite
A person is eligible to receive respite if the primary caregiver is absent or needs relief from his/her caregiver duties.

Supported Living Services
Individualized support to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their community
PCA/CFSS Services
Small Title
Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) replaces PCA and CSG, giving participants more choice, flexibility, and control over their care, including the option to purchase goods/services and, in some cases, pay family caregivers.

A PCA/CFSS worker may assist the person with the following ADLs:
