Online Learning Modules/Lessons
Annual Refresher Training – For All Ongoing Staff
All staff members who have completed their first year of employment are required to complete a 4-hour annual refresher training. This annual requirement helps ensure that employees remain up to date with best practices, individual rights, person-centered strategies, and positive support techniques.

Returning staff may revisit any of the below modules as part of their refresher or complete a condensed version curated for ongoing training compliance. Please check with your supervisor or training coordinator for guidance on which modules are required for your specific role.
