Training Resources
Minnesota law requires all individual personal care assistance (PCA) providers to take the Department of Human Service’s (DHS) Individual Personal Care Assistance (PCA) training and pass a one-time online test. Individual PCAs may take the training and test as often as needed
DHS requires many of the people involved in PCA and CFSS to pass this free test. Select PCA/CFSS support workers: Individuals who help people with daily tasks in either PCA or CFSS. After you register, you will receive an email with the link to the training and the exam.
